Pre-Step

Remarriage Done the Right Way

Our goal at CCS is to strengthen and keep marriages together. If you've been through a divorce you would agree that the experience is something you don't ever want to go through again. We believe Pre-Step is the program for you. Let us help you fireproof your new marriage.

It is like having someone reach into your chest and tear your heart out, while you watch helplessly. At the same time you don’t want to travel through the rest of your life alone. That is why you owe it to yourself and your significant other to look into this material. The premarital program you need is called Pre-Step.

Pre-Step is a premarital program developed by Dr. Marks. It is designed specifically for couples with children that are getting remarried. In the United States today approximately half of all marriages in a given year are remarriages. Approximately 30-40% of those new relationships involve children under the age of eighteen. Pre-Step was designed to help couples that are getting remarried to work through significant issues they will face once remarried.

Issues addressed in Pre-Step include:

- Step Family Uniqueness
- Remarriage Myths
- Courtship Dynamics
- Communication Basics
- Co-parenting & Discipline Keys
- Conflict Management
- Sexual Relationship Pointers
- Spiritual Oneness
- Financial Planning
- Step Couple Relationship Success

Each of these areas is specifically addressed in the Pre-Step program with the intention of preparing couples to build lasting and fulfilling marriages. This program will prepare a couple to go the distance and build a relationship that will last the test of time.

This program prepares couples for a great deal of marital satisfaction as well as equipping you with the skills you will need. Let Dr. Paul Marks, LPC help you to work through difficulties before they destroy your relationship.
