Does my health insurance plan cover treatments provided by CCS?

Services provided by CCS are usually covered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield, PCPH, United Behavioral Health Care, Tricare, Value Options, Mental Health Network, Aetna, Anthem, Southern Health, Medicare and other insurance plans. The best way to find out if your plan offers coverage is to contact our benefits administrator at (434) 525-9006. 

No Insurance? We have some low fee programs.  Ask for details.

How does CCS accept payment for services?

Payment or co-payment is expected at the time of service.  CCS accepts cash, check or credit card.

When are appointments available with a CCS counselor?

CCS offers convenient appointment times Monday through Friday, including evening hours.  Saturday hours are also available.

Is my privacy protected by CCS?

Absolutely.  Your treatment at CCS is held in strictest confidence.  We cannot acknowledge you as a patient to anyone unless you authorize us to do so via a HIPPA release-of-information form.  However, there are limitations to confidentiality.  Please refer to the privacy notice you receive at your first appointment or discuss this with your counselor.
